Check-In and Check-Out Policies

  • Check-In Time: 13:00 Hours- Early check-in may incur extra charges and is subject to availability.
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 Hours – Late check-out is available upon request and may incur additional fees.

Room Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy limits apply for each room type (e.g., 2 adults in a room). Additional guests must be registered and may incur extra charges.
  • Visitors are allowed during specified hours only and must register at the front desk.

Payment and Cancellation

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at check-in.
  • Cancellation and refund policies (e.g., no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in) must be followed.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
  • Consumption of alcohol is allowed under local laws and hotel policies. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

Noise and Disturbances

  • Guests must avoid loud music, shouting, or other disruptive behaviour.

Damage and Theft

  • Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be applied.
  • Theft of hotel property may result in additional charges and legal action

Safety and Security

  • Keep your room locked at all times. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items unless kept in a hotel-provided safe.
  • In case of an emergency, follow staff instructions and evacuation protocols.

Use of Facilities

  • The pool, gym, and other facilities are for registered guests only and must be used within operational hours.
  • Proper attire and behaviour are required in all public areas.

Pets are not allowed

  • Activities such as cooking in rooms (unless in designated kitchenette spaces), hosting parties, or using unauthorized electrical appliances are not allowed.

Complaints and Feedback

  • Guests are encouraged to provide feedback or report issues to the front desk for prompt resolution.

Breach of Rules

  • Violations of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and potential legal action.
